From the Anhui province, this is Gunpowder's gentler cousin. Less astringent, this tea is more fruity and sweet, due to the shape the tea is carefully rolled. Hyson tea has the dubious honor of constituting 22% of the tea thrown in the Harbor at the Boston Tea Party.
